The Tsungani Chapter of the Order of the Arrow is the home of all OA members in the Ft. Hamilton District. It operates as one of the chapters in the Dan Beard OA Lodge of Ku‑Ni‑Eh.
Membership in the Order of the Arrow is open to both youth members and adult volunteers and leaders. The guidelines for membership can be viewed on the National Order of the Arrow Website at http://www.oa-bsa.org/misc/basics/.
Current OA members may find items of help and interest in the National Order of the Arrow website homepage at http://www.oa-bsa.org/
The Chapter Officers are:
Chapter Chief
Kyle M.
Vice Chief
Josh G.
Chapter Secretary
Jacob M.
Our chapter advisor is Tony Ferraro and you may contact him at 513-755-7627 if you have any questions or would like more information about the Order of the Arrow program in Ft. Hamilton.
Scoutmasters should plan on bringing their Troop Representatives to each Roundtable meeting (see the district’s calendar of events on this website for dates and times of Roundtable meetings.) This way the scoutmaster can take the Troop Rep. to the middle school; the scoutmaster can go to the Roundtable meeting, and the Troop Rep. can go to the OA meeting.
If your unit does not have a designated Troop Representative, please contact our advisor (shown above) for help in obtaining one.
The Order of the Arrow represents the best of the scouting program. The boys and adults honored to join this organization are in an elite company and benefit from the sharing of the skills and experiences of their fellow members in the brotherhood. This expertise in turn benefits the rest of the scouts in the district as these enhanced skills and knowledge are brought back into the troops. Joining the Tsungani Chapter and supporting it will greatly enhance the quality of the scouting experience for you and for all Ft. Hamilton scouts.
